COVID UPDATE - 11/23/20
The SNBBC has recently developed and implemented a Covid Operational Plan to allow the club to re-open. Our plan was approved and excepted by the City of Moncton facility management team. (CCC)
Our plan includes a multi phase approach to slowly resume club activities in a safe and controlled manner. Health and safety is our number one priority.
Phase 1 - For the balance of 2020 - once the CCC opens, we will accept club members only, who had a fully paid membership at the time of closure, last March.
There will be a 22 person max limit during this phase. Club members will have to pre-register prior to club night. NO WALK-INS (DROP-INS) will be accepted during this phase. When you enter the CCC you will be greeted by a facility staff member who will screen you, and confirm your name is on the pre-registration list. If your name is not on the list - no entry into the club will be permitted. If the club has extra space available - the club will extend written invitations to guests who have regularly attended in the past. We cannot accept new members or guests during this phase.
Phase 2 - Beginning in January 2021 - The club will extend playing privileges to members. There will be a 30 person max limit during this phase. If space is available - guests will be accepted. To place your name on the guest waiting list, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Somebody will answer you within a few days.
NO "DROP-INS" WILL BE ACCEPTED. All participants need to be pre-registered prior to club nights.
More logistical information and details to follow at a later date.
Note: This plan could change at any time without notice. The Covid situation remains fluid, and changes every day.
The SNBBC is not permitted to operate in a "Orange Covid Threat Level" or greater. We expect disruptions as we transition back and forth between Covid Threat Levels, such as Orange and Yellow.
Please be patient, and stay safe. We appreciate your support!
